goggle drying: need ideas

arctic cat goggle bag fits great on the pipe directly above the exhaust can. they seem to dry quickly there.

How much for the goggle bag? Is your issue that your goggles fog? Check out the Habervision Eliminator. It is a little battery operated fan unit that senses the humidity inside your goggles and turns on when you start to fog. I believe they go for $69.00 plus shipping. You can find a link on here with a search.

FYI the WPS bag isn't the greatest. Be careful if you buy this bag and put your $80+ goggles in it. The sticky mounting brackets melt off and the bag falls down into places that it shouldn't, the plastic zipper melts, and depending on where you mount it, the goggle lenses melt and warp. Just my experience on the D8 with 3 different installs.

$35 for M series Cat, $20 for Z1 series mesh type bag.
$16 for the WPS bag sold at Holz.

Right now, I just stick my goggles on top of the steering link thingy after getting the engine all hot and bothered and let the goggles "bake" while I'm eating a sammich.

good to know! you mount it above the motor on the airbox shelf? I was going to put a plastic plate in it and rivet threw it into the air box shelf mainly for gloves but if it melts ill get the cat ones.

I also mounted a WPS glove/goggle bag above the exhaust can, but I only use zip ties and don't reley on the adhesive mounts that come with it. The bag won't mount flat there, but good enough. I've drilled small holes where needed to run the zip ties through.

Photos

Sounds like a good idea, can any of you post photos to help those of us out who lack vision????

I bought the Arctic Cat one and zip tied it above the can next to the coolant bottle and have about 4 rides with, smith, 509's, Oakley, and none of them every had a problem. Works great.
