How much $ to remove transmission & reinstall rebuilt in a '01 Denali (6.0)?
Ball park estimation?

approx. 7hrs flat rate time. average labor rate of $90/hr. fair at the dealer?
650-750 plus misc parts

prob. 2500^ for a good one. either a srta or another quality rebuilt

^^^^$2500 for a gm srta as he said above. I get paid about 8hrs to do the the job and flush the trans cooler. The dealer I work charges $75.00 an hour. You will also need 10 qts of atf, 2 exhaust seals, and a transfer case adapter gasket

Looks like $3500 would hit it pretty close then.

Have a line on this Denali w/ bad tranny, but if it needs anything else it will not be a bargain.

Private auction house.
It's got 140k on it.
I thought if I could end up with $5500-$6000 hard money in it, I could run it through the winter & turn it.
But there are too many azzclowns out there willing to put retail into these things.
