Gloves question

Love my Klim gloves.
However, I was wondering if anyone makes gloves that may be better than others once your hands get wet.

On deep powder days when the gloves come off & on frequently, the lining eventually wants to "bunch up".
Is there a glove out there that feels better than others when putting on wet hands?

Wear the thin KLIM gloves, they dry in no time from soaking wet.

Reason i stopped using Klim gloves, especial when helping friends that's stuck, is what you describes.
I use True Adventure Gear gloves now and let my Klim stay in the backpack, only time i use them is when trailriding in extreme cold.

True Adventure Gear Storm gloves. They stand behind them also. I had a seam coming apart they offered to replace them if they had last years size on hand, fix them or tell me how to fix them and give me the new style at their cost. The new style Storm X2 is as good if not better then old style Storm X was.

I have both 509 gloves, the free ride and back country. Both are awesome. They don't bunch up and keep my hands dry and warm. I particularly like the free ride, they are my primary glove unless it's really cold. Yes, these are very similar to TAG gloves, just look more stylish imo.

I've had 2 pair of high Adventure gloves. The older powder storm, and the storm x. The older powder storm gloves i wore for 3 years. They did bunch up occasionally, and after 2 years
They did leak. They were just so freaking comfortable and unrestrictive I continued to wear them.

I have 3 pair of motorfist kill switch gloves. By far my favorite "motorcycle" style gloves. They have a nice leather palm that keeps my hands dry for the most part unless its a snowy, wet day. They aren't waterproof obviously. I wear these anytime its around or over 30 degrees. If one pair gets wet, I throw on another.

My favorite cold weather gloves are my Klim Togwodee. They are extremely warm and dry. I never use the removable fleece liner. I felt it was to restrictive, and did bunch up with it in. Even with out the liner they kept my hands warm even in weather below 0 deg, but my hands don't get very cold.

Buy a glove with removable liners.

Remove the liners and replace with dry liners.

Take wet liners and dry out in engine compartment or wring out and reuse.

I bought 3 gloves this year.

My favorites are the Fly Titles, they are thin and waterproof if its not super cold i wear them most of the time.

My second favorite is the Klim Fusion for when its real cold. havn't had any issue with them when sweating and digging.

My least favorite is my Motorfist Superiors, the first pair the liner tore out when i took it off while it was snowing. Got them replaced but they fill with sweat for some reason and become really hard to get on and off bunch up like crazy and im afraid of pulling the liner out again.

Another vote for True Adventure Gear Storm gloves ...absolute quality and the best people to work with in the business. . .just don't expect flashy colors and kool designs. . .good gloves that work!!

We seem to sell the most of Klim Inversions out of anything, but the new Fly Title gloves are a close second. They both work extremely well. Although you will eventually get wet in them they dry, and don't have the liner coming out issue. Wear the thin ones all day long when riding the technical stuff, and then throw a warmer dry set on too and from the pickup. Seems to be the standard for our customers.

Do you carry the TAG's?

I broke down, and bought a pair of Klim Elite gloves last night. I liked the idea of the liner being stiched into the fingers, so it won't come out, and they are all leather. Not sure any glove is worth that much money, but if it keeps me warm, then I'd say it is. I'll know after this weekend.

Had the Togwotee gloves for a few years, and they finally started coming unstiched in the fingers. Had to try something new this year.

X a billion on the True Adventure gear storm gloves. Have not had to use my extra set of gloves all year. They just don't get wet, maybe a little damp but they are always warm and the lining stays in. Unlike the piles of Klim gloves I have.

I had the True North gloves, and while I liked them, I always got giant iceballs on the ends of my fingers from them??? It was weird. I would try to make sure I clapped my hands every now and then to get the excess snow off, but it never seemed to work. I found gloves and goggles are about the same. Just try to carry a couple of extra pairs and switch as the day wears on. That method seems to work the best for me.

We actually do not carry them anymore because they have been harder and harder to buy for us from distributors, and as others have mentioned they are the exact same specs as the 509 branded ones. In fact it has been rumored the same company makes both gloves. We have used both of the new gloves though and they work well, but if you are looking for a super thin lightweight glove, most people think these are still a little bit bulky.

I ordered a set of the fly's off your site last night, and a set TAG's, so ill be sure to let everyone know how I like them. Hope they fit, I didn't see a glove size chart? also bought a set for my 8 year old, I know he will give them at the very least the "durability" test if he doesn't lose them first. Thanks!
