At December's U.N. Global Warming conference in Poznan, Poland, 650 of the world's top climatologists stood up and said man-made global warming is a media generated myth without basis

Wow, and yet again snowest got it before the media.:D

Shall we take a bet on how much longer the media can pretend to know nothing about this?
 
Don't kid yourself the push to destroy our economy will not stop, they will continue to push green technology and elimination of coal and oil for energy. As for the little "ice age" bring it on, we can ride all year. Swampy:D:D:beer;




To think, early last year, liberals suggested we spend 45 trillion dollars and give up five million jobs to fix global warming. But there is good news: now that we don't have to spend any of that money, we can give it all to the banks.
 
So tell me, has it been warm all winter?
Do you think because it's winter that you will NEVER have warm days in the middle?

no it has not been warm all winter,and i am not saying either way, but seasons are different more warm spells.
I am just curious how you know which side is lying??

It's very simple look at the real data. The same morons said we were going into a nuclear winter in the seventies, the ozone layer was being destroyed in the eighties, we would be out of oil in 30 years, during the seventies,and now are pushing the global warming lie, but they changed it to climate change when they realized the temperature is actually cooling. Again follow the money. Swampy:D:D:beer;

ok, they have a few million years of data based on core samples and all kinds of scientic type test that show there are HUGE swings in both temps and Co2 levels.

They have identified specific time periods such as the middle ages where the earth was actually 2 degrees warming than it is now.

Further, they can show solar activity and solar winds have a HUGE affect on earths temps. Turn up the heat and what do you know, the earth gets warming.

The whole Global Warming bs was put forward, not by climatoligist (sp?) but by liberal scientist looking for government grants and by enviromentalist trying to take control of the enviromental policies of this and other industrialized nations.

The whole scientific consences on global warming was BS. Al Gore's models were proven to be BS 7 years ago.

But i recently watched a documentary called "Climate Wars" it seemed to spell it out pretty good.
I would be curious to hear your view on that if you have seen it, I watched it on TVshack.net
 
There's a huge debacle going on about the average global temperature. Seems most of the rural temperature monitoring sites, are down. And, mostly urban ones seem to be functioning. They've also decided to change how they account for heat island effects. Basically, if you build a parking lot next to the monitoring station, it's suppose to account for that. It also seems, they have technical problems recording data, when it happens to be a cold day. So, you somehow just happen to loose the cold days. There's lots of people questioning the data. Some suggest fraud. Too much funding on the table.

The satellite data suggests that this year will be exactly in the middle of the last 30 years worth of data. So, there's been 15 warmer years, than this one, in the past 30 years. This data was taken by satellite, so it's harder to mess with. Plus it covers the entire world.

Watch for wording like, moving 20 year average, or removing anomalies. Or, "temperature changes were masked by", how do you mask temperature changes? It's all political science now.

While watching it, note the names and titles of some of these people. Note what they all say about the pressure applied to find global warming. The politics and money, follow the money.

Yha right, refuted. What politician told you that? I've read the rebuttal. Sounded like a bunch of double talk to me.

Here's a simple question. Gore said there was overwhelming scientific consensus, about global warming. Then why are there top scientist, on this program, saying the opposite????????? How do you refute this, and the 650 scientist that just refuted the whole mess. Was Al Gore lying?

So, a scientist tells you he had to file a lawsuit to get his name off the IPCC report. Exactly how do you refute that? Sue him? A former Greenpeace leader tells you it's greenie bull, how do you refute his opinion? Scientist tell you they've been bullied, how do you refute that exactly, threaten them??? The only thing the rebuttal said was that they didn't agree with the science presented in the documentary. Fair enough, I refute their science in Al Gores little bedtime story. Exactly what did you expect them to do, admit they were wrong. Of course they refuted it, they got kids to feed.

I also have there temperature predictions, according to their science in 2000, and real data. The two lines go in opposite directions, how do the explain it. El Ninos mask global warming. Now, they know everything, but they don't know when El Ninos are suppose to get here?????? Funny how they don't print prediction graphs anymore. When theoretical postulates deviate from actual observed data, is that a proof?
 
Another funny thing.
When they took all the info from 1938 and plugged it into Al Gores little program, it showed the world completely destroyed. Average temp on the earth was something like 115f.

The enviromental monster needs to be fed. They have over 300,000 people in just the US that depend on the enviromental movement to feed their families, put their kids thru school, etc.. They will do what ever they need to try and continue to be relevant. They look for more and more things to champion. Even if those things are BS. It doesn't matter if they win or lose. As long as they fight, they get paid.

That is the bottom line.
Money and power.
They want it.
They got major traction with global warming because the Dems needed something to beat the republicans with. THey used global warming. This pre-dates Iraq. They dems had the entire enviro-movement on their side the instant they did that. The media was bending over backwards to push this because they wanted Dems in power.

now you take the above and figure into it the fact we (the United States) was asked to PAY developing countries to help them curb global warming. Now you have every developing country in the world pushing global warming because they wanted the money that was to come their way from it.

So you had the union of the power hungry with the money grubbing and you end up with what we have now.
 
$45,000,000,000,000.00 I mean $45 trillion and many many many many many million jobs is going to be tough to let go of for those grabbing for it.
