Glenn Beck / Colorofchange.org

I don't see where Becks statements have been inccorrect.

Perhaps controversial, but not incorrect.

Controversial enough that this organization has been part of 33 companies pulling their ads from Fox. Sounds like they are trying to bury him under this racial crap. Can't hit him with anything that really sticks so why pull the race card on him

Stop Glenn Beck's race baiting

Fox's Glenn Beck recently said President Obama is "a racist" and has a "deep-seated hatred for white people." Beck is on a campaign to convince the American public that President Obama's agenda is about serving the needs of Black communities at White people's expense. It's repulsive, divisive and shouldn't be on the air. Join us in calling on Beck's advertisers to stop sponsoring his show.

Didn't obama say so much in his book? (not that he wrote it mind you)

"I ceased to advertise my mother's race at the age of 12 or 13, when I began to suspect that by doing so I was ingratiating myself to whites."-

"There was something about him that made me wary, a little too sure of himself, maybe. And white."-

It remained necessary to prove which side you were on, to show your loyalty to the black masses, to strike out and name names."-

"I never emulate white men and brown men whose fates didn't speak to my own. It was into my father's image, the black man, son of Africa, that I'd packed all the attributes I sought in myself, the attributes of Martin and Malcolm, Dubois and Mandela."-

Mind you this is just qoutes from one book, I'm willing Beck has a much more substantial library of sources in which to make his claims.

its NOTHING more than an attempt at silencing their critic! the more a person pulls the veil back on their agenda the more they are going to apply pressure! its as simple as that!

I see no problem with anything he has said. I firmly believe Bo has set race relations back at least 40 years.

The actual facts of the matter are, all but 4 of the companies listed as having pulled their adds from Glenn Beck's time slot, were never on Glenn Beck's time slot. They advertise on Fox, but not on Glenn Beck.

As to if Fox will pull Glenn Beck.
HHhhmmmmm, well, lets see.
Glenn Beck has more viewers in his primetime cable slot than MSNBC, CNN combined.
Pull him! They want to clone him.
His advertisement slots are full to the brim. There are companies lined up to advertise on his show.

There was an article on either Foxnews.com or Drudgereport.com that showed the break down and how the whole boycot thing has not only fallen flat, it has made even more people aware of Beck and increased his rating.

What would happen if "color of change" was started by a white extremist group and was trying to knock down a black talk show host?
Oh, that's right.....that wouldn't be tollerated, it would be racist.

You're damn right Obama is a racist! For starters, look what Weekday posted from the book "Dreams of my Father." I'm sorry, if people don't see that this man is a racist...your eyes are closed. Look at his cabinet....do a little studying regarding the background of his cabinet.

his czars are spooky too

I wonder if we will all be americans some day, like the old days. we could all stand for freedom, liberty and justice for all..........or we could hide behind the troubles our parents and grandparents went through and act like a bunch of panty wastes.

racisim crack me up. it does not matter what color or creed you are, a good american is a good american.........although they are getting harder to find and seem to glow in the flame of life today:beer;

With the talk of taxing the private radio the same amount as their operating costs and now this attempt to silence Glenn, The democrats seem to be getting really desperate. Even Bill Maher was ragging on the Dems and BO a bit when he had Jay Leno on the other night.

Electing a Black President is a catch 22 type of thing. It's "Look at how far this country has come" and brought back the race issue quite a bit.

IMO, Beck isn't going anywhere. I caught the last segment of his show yesterday and he seemed even more......passionate ;)

Nixon White House redux
Clarice Feldman
Don Surber notes that the man behind the Glenn Beck boycott is a White House official -- and the press yawns:

An environmental adviser on Obama's payroll was behind that campaign to get advertisers to boycott Glenn Beck's TV show, the Los Angeles Times reported.

On a blog.

This would be front-page news with Matt Drudge siren if Karl Rove had tried to pull a stunt like this.

I guess it takes a nose for news better than mine or Surber's to run a major news outlet.
