Oh what a level head and some communication will do for a guy! Read the 2014 thread on here. Not trying to stir the pot but interesting what people think when they are talking about a oem dealer.

I would thin k with all the responses that said he was approaching it right, and the number of could be consumers that it was scaring from such an undertaking got the attention of PAR

We can only hope this is for the best of us all

Nice to know an agreement of some sorts came of it

actually, like many, i found glassman's approach and thread quite reasonable. it was your constant, unreasonable fanboy ranting and bashing of anyone with an issue that quickly becomes extremely annoying. i don't have a 910 but do have one of his heads which i have been extremely happy with but it is quite obvious some are having some legitimate issues. and there is a perception that brad was lacking on the communication. if that was actually the case or not, i have no idea. i'm glad it seems glassman has got some resolution and i really hope the 910 gets dialed in b/c i would love to have one.

You guys all saw the thread and can form your own decisions. All I can say is Brad said he learned a valuable lesson, and this will affect his business practice in the future. I think he got an eye opening experience, and IMO his product will only get better. Like I said before, it takes years to build a good reputation, and minutes to destroy it.

Thankyou snowest for helping me, and many others out. This is an invaluable source of information and knowledge. And thanks to Brad for trying to set things right.

NUFF SAID.

No business is going to intentionally sell a product that is junk. They are in it to make $$ so it is vital that the sled runs strong for the good of the customer AND the builder. Happy customers are the best advertising there is.
No public apology is necessary, I'm sure Brad would rather focus on his customers, not a bunch of guys on snowest sitting around like vultures.

I just look at it as another recall that happens way too much today.

It's no different than fuel leaks or belts blowing or drive shafts unglueing. Once the social media starts to squeak it gets pretty loud.

Call it "vulturous" (seems to me we all participate in some of it lol) if you think you are above it but if the manufacturer addresses it I call it good.
