The UN and Bill Clinton in 100 days allowed 800,000 people to be murdered and it was only due to the lack of a few thousand troops.

This even though the United Nations, whose complicity in Rwanda was shameful, labelled what's happening in Dafur as the "world's worst humanitarian disaster".

Not sure what you mean by shortcomings? Our country is safe and strong anbd the war in Iraq is winding down as they get closer to taking charge of there own country. From the IA, they are on the "final assault on the insurgents".

We can't go unless the UN says we can, just like Iraq. We have been pushing it but the UN and the AU have both been resisting untill several months ago when the AU finaly started to get things under control. Long ways to go yet.

Our treaties have cost us far more than just going out and kickimng *** ever would have. Look at Canada! The have boy scout troop of a military and they get away with it. Why? Our frikking treaties! We puke money to the UN to fund POS countries that hate us and use our money to undermine us but we have our deals that were made.... No one else followes these things, why should we?
