getting suspension back in

Hang it up Eric!

I use the carrier that lifts the machine off the ground about four inches, relieve all track tension and remove lower jackshaft bearing carriers.

lastly back up a few months to those hot days of summer, or crank the heat to soften that hard rubber.

Why'd you scratch the aluminium up and peel those decals??;)

Yea, get some sand paper and sand all those funny marks off....All those swirls might make you dizzy and make it hard to get that thing back in......LOL

Looks great!

What kind of back idler wheels are these ?
What size ? 8 inchers as you planned ? Black anodized looks great.

Yes Predatorr03, you can do the same thing if you would like. It took a while but I am happy with the results. As I did the swirls I put a metal polish on as well to help protect from corrosion.

TLKD, I did go with the 8" rear wheels. I also think they look good and can't wait to post up pics of it all done.... besides installing your graphic kit to arrive soon.
