Getting in shape

MTN bike seems to help, anything to get your Cardio up is a winner, I prefer to row.
 
I MTN bike a couple times a week. As well, I know I'll most likely get **** for it, but I find that since I have joined a Crossfit gym my last few winters of riding I feel drastically better. The HITT style training is very similar to what we do riding. Costs be about $100 a month and I go 4-5 times a week.
 
I try to hit the tread mill since I can do that regardless of the weather outside. I also hit the kettle bells for shoulder/upper back and grip as those areas fatigue and get sore on a good ride. Goblet squats help build strength from the core on down good for whooped out trails and getting unstuck.
