Getting in shape for winter.

I was able to get in a little work out in this weekend.

We started with a 70+ mile trail ride up the out of Sky Meadows along the south Cle Elum ridge to Wind pass, Mt Clifty and back on the 1377 Taneum shelter trail.

We found this in the log book..... The word is spreading.

Had to make sure my liver was in shape too.... Winter Feast 2009, good food, drinks and peeps.

Sunday was a long day of cutting and stacking fire wood, man am I sore.
