Where do you get cylinders?

Does anyone have any experience with these guys from ebay:

i, for one, prefer oem. do a price comparison on replating vs oem, read the fine print from the replaters, pay for shipping, etc, and with my experience found between $50 and $75 difference. for the money i would prefer a brand new cylinder opposed to rebuilt.

That Sports plaza used to be in Washington and they moved to Oregon around Portland I think best price I found too..
