Ok guys and gals... I'm going to post this here for my local riding buddies.

Back in April I met Belton Lubas, his list of credentials are too long for me to remember or post! Let's just abbreviate as BADASS. I've worked with him through some personal training then boot camp from the start and then in August he started a Strength Camp where he just flat out kicked our butts. I've seen an amazing amount of advancement in my strength and endurance due to his style of training and would highly recommend him to anyone. He is also very vigilant of injuries.

He has started up his own new business called Warrior Strength Training in Redmond and is running a "show me" type of special. IE, he's offering a $99 unlimited month of training to show you what he can do for you. He doesn't have his own website up yet but he is doing this training at FM Sports in Redmond.

I don't get anything out of this... other than seeing my guy help my buddies kick but on the hill! AND seeing my guy prosper. He will make you laugh he will make you hurt. :devil:

Here's the info:

You get unlimited training for $99.00 for the month of December NO CONTRACTS! That includes Warrior Strength Camp AND Muay Thai AND NSI Combatives / Classes. Even if you CAME ONE TIME a week, that is still less than what some places charge for Drop-ins!

Camp Times:

AM = Mon - Fri 6a, 7a,
Noon = Mon, wed, fri ONLY
PM = 6pm Mon - Thurs

Martial Arts: Mon - Thurs 7pm

Location of gym.

Are you going to get him on a sled Brandy? Might be fun, have seen guys in great shape find some "new muscles" after those first few rides. Then he can cater workouts to those muscles we seem to only use on those deep days in the trees. :face-icon-small-hap

Yup, my plan is to get my two main trainers up there this winter. We've had many discussions about catering a workout to sledding. And what I keep coming down to is most don't work out at now... and if they would just start (WORKING OUT) they would be light years ahead! LOL So do we really need sledding specific work outs? ;) :face-icon-small-ton

Being serious though. I've always been in shape however this year, I'm in better shape than I've been since my days of playing sand volleyball 5+ days a week and I'm interested to see the difference.

You inspired me i split 45 big fir rounds the next day with the last one taking 33 swings of the 8-pound maul. Now just to keep it up:face-icon-small-dis

I preferr to let father time slowly consume my lazy arse until there is nothing is left but my fully used, abused and exhuasted corpse. Please recycle my crusty bones to create the base of the next freestyle jump.

Yes, my comment really has nothing fruitfull to add to the thread. :bounce:

Ok on topic- Brandy glad to hear you are getting into shape WAY WAY early! I'd come try out your buddies joint but i'm too far away.

PM Ryan his lives close by now... :)

I think getting in shape is a real good idea Brandy, but I'm to busy busten powder to take the time. lol----see ya on the hill
