edit - if you've ever listened to Carlin much you'd know he's a raging NY liberal, he'd never go with this plan anyway...

I don't really care who came up with it and don't really care what snopes.com says either...... It is just another website among the millions of them out there that are published by a human and humans can write anything they want to. So I really don't hold a lot of stock in that web site either.

I did not write the article it came to me in an email and I passed it along. I think it is a great plan lets get to it.
