gearing/clutching advice

i have a 2003 polaris edge x 600 and i am wanting to re gear and clutch it does anyone have any suggestions for me? i have never messed with gearing nor clutching and i know little about either. i was thinking of doing a 19/42 gearing but have no clue for clutching. also if anyone has any of these parts for sale let me know please. also i am looking for a 121x15x1.5-1.75 track if anyone has one of those let me know

your probably going to need to be a little more specific on what you are trying to acomplish. what elevation you ride, what kind of riding, what the sled does now... etc

re winter4ever

im at about 1400 feet i ride mainly off trail in the woods and powder with some small hillclimbing the sled is alright right now i just want to get more power out of it i want to have better power when i take off and in the powder the sled also has reverse so i dont know what i can do for gearing

found all of this on ebay for $100 just wondering if anyone can tell me if its worth if there is a good setup in the mix let me know asap please

Most of the pieces are hot seat performance helix are around 60.00 each
polaris springs helixs shims weights
1 set 10-60 weights
1 set 10-62 weights
primary springs ,black with a green stripe, purple, yellow, gray.
seconddary springs are gray, and gray with red stripe
helix 35
helix 36
helix 36D
shims extra set of clutch buttons

try this

Take a black felt pin and make about 1\2 inch wide mark on the front clutch, on the inside sheive, start at the top of the clutch mark down about 3 inches.
take the snowmobile for a run, do some wide open runs and some boondocking. Then open your hood and inspect the marke you made, If you are to high geared the mark will be about 1to 1and1\2 inch still untouched by your drive belt. If your mark is about 1\2 inch long you are probably geared ok. If the mark is long, gear down, and the mark will come up, making your sled faster, also your sled will pull harder.
