Gauge lifter and SLP intake?

Not totally satisfied with visibility of my gauges after installing an SLP intake on my 2012 Pro RMK 800. Wondering if a gauge lifter can be installed with enough clearance from the intake. Anyone have experience with this and if it works pictures would be helpful? THX.

I just ordered a WRP and from the previous post i read about, it will fit/work with an SLP intake. Tryin to find the thread, but no luck.

Check with Paul_Aris (gobigparts.com) but i'm pretty sure it has been determined it will work.

I stock these relocations I will not post the price but its below 51.00 shipped to USA :face-icon-small-ton

Fully vented with perferated back.

It is fully adjustable , can be mounted down low if your not using the intake and can be raised up to clear the slp intake and still be below the hump in the hood so the gauge is protected .

Heres 2 pictures of it down low and mounted with slp intake.

I checked out the Canada Sled Parts site and have a question. Why is it free shipping to the US but $2.50 shipping in Canada ?????

Sent from my iPhone when I should be working.

I've heard the same but have yet to see in person or any see any pics. Anybody got some pics???????

Been wondering.. the gauge myst be fully watertight for people to be mounting it outside in the elements? Haven't pulled my hood yet to look behind.. Some of the relocate pods seem to be quite tilited upwards.. Anyone making an adjustable mount?

It's cheaper for me to ship to the USA than it is in canada.

Also you pay tax on shipping from canada to canada but not from canada to USA.

Pretty crazy the things work.

There not water tight but there is no problems with moisture . Even when there mounted in the hoods you get steam coming off the pipes and motor from the snow.

Guys have been mounting gauges for years in the open on there handle bars with no problems.

With the adjustability of my bracket you can raise and lower the whole gauge while keeping the gauge at the same viewing angle, it just doesnt pivot on one point.

If your not running an slp intake you can have the gauge lower down and out of the way, if you have the intake you can slide the gauge up to clear it and also tilt it to any desired angle. This also allows the gauge to stay below the hump in the hood to be protected. If your sled takes off through the trees out of control and the gauge is exposed it only takes one tree branch to cost you a lot of $$$$.
