Gauge Issues Sno Pro M1000 Help?

Hey guys looking for insight or if anyone else has had this problem. Anyways I had a bit of a wreck with my machine awhile ago and just got it back together and now when I fire it up my gauges altimeter stays steady for a second and then it will say CAL and starts blinking an elevation # 2550, also none of my three buttons will do anything ie toggle RPM & speed from analog to digital vice versa or show max stored values RPM & Elevation. One thing it will do though is stop the blinking Altimeter if I hold the top button down. Physically the gauge looks Ok but it did take a good tumble as the hood was wrecked and the upper harness pulled on pretty good, also it seems to be indicating RPM & Speed OK, any help or insight would be much appreciated Thanks?

Water water everywhere

Problem is most likely some snow that got into the gauge and melted. Remove it and put it somewhere really dry (not in the oven) for a few days. Also check the baro tube for obstructions. If that's not it, check the function of the top right button to see if it cycles the screen, if it doesn't, the button might be stuck. If none of this helps I'd say that function of the gauge is pooched.

Next time try the search forum option. I searched "calibrate" and this is one thread I found http://www.snowestonline.com/forum/showthread.php?t=190371 It has info on which buttons to use too

Good luck, Mike
