Gas Mileage 2000 Polaris RMK 600

Like you say, it varies so much. On my old RMK 700 I had days over 100 miles when it was easy going. Then I had days in deep deep snow, lucky to get 60.
On average, I would guess 80ish miles mountain riding. When going out for an all dayer in the mtns, I always carry an extra 10L of fuel. (just in case)

When i went out to Wyoming with my RMK 700, we would have deep snow days with constant throttle action and it would use around 6 or 7 gallons per 50 miles.
trail riding i remember filling up about 3-4 gallons coming off a 70 mile trip.

obviously it depends

On my 99 RMK600 I averaged 8 to 9 mpg in varied riding of some trails and some deeper snow. So right around 100 miles to a tank of gas.

I know it can vary drastically but wondering if anyone can give me a range of expected mileage per 12 gallons.

any mods to this sled?

my 99 xc 600 (basically a rmk as i long tracked it) had v-force 3, hi compression head, dynoport can. went thru alot of fuel.. i was always looking for the gas station b4 anyone and carring extra gas was a must when out in the mountains riding. With a day of riding in the mountains if i got 65 miles on a tank i was lucky.. But i was constantly laying into the flapper. lol
