Gas Can Mounting

I have been thinking about putting my tunnel bag in the gas can spot on my 2016 LT, and running 2 Rotopax 2 gallon cans behind that instead of using the mountain addiction set up.

Since my kit doesnt include the gas can, and I already have the rotopax stuff, I thought this might be a good way to go.

I have a backing plate for my roto pax mount. Anyone see an issue with tunnel rigidity? I know the weight will be further back / less centralized but Its an LT and that makes me less worried about it.

Any thoughts?

I was nervous doing that... You can make it work over the gas rack

Those are 2 1.75 because I wanted to have the storage ... So if I had too I could put a 3 on the end if there is a ton of powered but normally 5.6 gallons all in will get me through a ride but can carry 8.6 if I am feeling truly epic

Rotopax

Last years setup was a Pelican Stormcase im2200 in the gas cradle, and a 1.75 Rotopax gas caddy foward on the subframe. Moving weight forward made a noticable improvement in handling. This year with the TSS this won't work.
