Garage storage?

I'm thinking about building a shop for a Race team I know, which would need 3 car stalls one big stall for the hauler, but I'm just trying to guess an idea of what people pay to store a vehicle??

Anybody have a storage unit or anything that I can try to get an idea to go off?? I'll have to add a bunch of goodies w/ airhose hook-ups and electrical but yea.. I need help... Thanks.

I store local farmers equipment in the winter ie tractors, trucks, combines, etc. and depending upon what space is left after my toys, I usually have 60'x50' that runs them $500 for 5-6 months.
Mind you, this is "cold" storage, no power, air, heat, etc. And it is completely enclosed, (no lean to type shed). But at least it's a baseline to go off of.

It really depends where you are located. In Fort Collins, uncovered storage is about $25 a month. Covered is about $85. In Vail, well they sell covered parking spots for $150,000
