FYI. New product Running board/ tunnel brace improvement

New M boards for the pro chassis. Running board inserts with an integrated tunnel brace that runs from mid tunnel to about 6" past the tube mounting position. The boards have been engineered to prevent tunnel failure and cracking as well as better snow evacuation.
Made from .1" thick 5052 aluminum.

There is a pic of the original running boards as well as the M board installed and you can see the improvement of snow evacuation

Very very nice I like the concept of including the brace.Do you have ant pic off the sled. Does it include hardware and do you offer powder coating

I like the brace included as well, it looks like it strengthens the spot where I bent my tunnel (right behind the outer rail bracket where it is cut for the footwells, literally right over the drop bracket)

I will post a pic of the board/ braces off the sled ASAP. The boards will come with nessasary hardware (rivets).

I can get them powder coated but I am located about 200 miles from the nearest place to be able to get them done so I have just been leaving that up to you and then you can get it exactly like you would like it.

Yes, I have seen a few of these sleds with bent tunnels. These boards will prevent that from happening and if anyone is still skeptical, the original brace can be cut and reused on the inside of the tunnel for additional bracing.

No real reason for riveting up other than it is easier to get the air riveter in and it adds a bit of traction on the outside.
