Fusion 900 VS. ?

I have some friends that all bought F7's 2003's & 04's... As usual there are all kinds of text's going all day talkin shyt.

What has been your experiences with the 900 VS. an F7 ?

well why dont you race them and see? every sled is gonna be different, to many variables to even mention. go try it out see what happens.

there is a large weight difference, the F7 is a very focused sled. It flat runs in a straight or trail condition but the skinny track is a hindrance off trail. a Fusion can run as well but it takes alot of mods to make it reliable. If you are stuck on polaris, get an 800XC. doo=800mxz. At the speeds these things can throw down its all pretty much the rider anyway. reliability is the big factor, you cant win if your sled wont run

I have a 900 switchback and it was pretty well setup. I can say that i have never had a problem beating an f7, but i never had a problem beating other 900s either. The only sleds that i ever raced that were tough to beat were the ski doo mach z 1000s and turboed rx1/apexs. With the correct setup u should have no problem beating ur friends and i have raced some really nice f7s.:face-icon-small-hap

Never had any problems with any F7's. Would be about 2-5 sled lengths ahead in about 1000ft. Only one that I would trade wins back and forth was an 800 XRS rev. That one was all about who had the better hook up. these are all snow drags as we haven't had any ice drags for a few years. This year I got knocked out on the first heat from an IQ 800 and Dragon 700 as I got stuck with the last starting spot which was on icy patch (races were a couple weeks later then usual and snow was mostly gone) but I nearly caught them at the end was about 3/4 sled length behind.

Good luck when the snow falls and enjoy the bragging rights when it does :)
