Is it safe to remove the radiator on a Fusion 900 trail sled? I know this is very popular on the RMK's but what about a Fusion that will spend its life on the trail. Just curious...

Yes. Please do some reading before you post. You are one of the 10 people that have posted this question in the last few weeks. Nolan,
I appreciate your input and always try to use the search feature prior to posting a new topic. However, I did not see (at least at the surface) any posts relating to FUSION radiator removal. Everything seemed to be surrounding the RMK rad removal. Thanks for your post.

the biggest problem with the radiator design from polaris on the 900 was it is a parallel system so the coolant can flow through either the radiator or the tunnel cooler or both. which ever one has the least reistance is the one coolant will flow through.

on the fusion if you ride mostly trails you may not want to delete it. i would reroute the lines to make it flow through both systems in series.

Interesting why the rad wouldn't be plumbed in series from the factory? Hmmm...what were they thinking with that one...
