Fully Clipping Your Track

The first clip looks like the type we are stocking.

You can use either style but I wanted the guide and I installed with the guide to the outside of the rail to help keep the track aligned better.

So like 3 ish lbs

Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk

Yes, 1.45 kg = 3.19 pounds. That is for 60 pieces.

A 163" needs 56, so right at 3 lbs added.

Not bad for an easier spinning track (maybe more track speed . .?), keeping the track aligned, and no track wear that some have experienced. Its a win, win, win :)

Here is the info collected from another thread that i think will be helpful to those who want to fully clip their track. If any of the item #s are NOT correct, please post the correct ones.

this may seem like a dumb question, but how many clips do you get for the stated price of $12? is that 1 or 12 or all 56?

i think we are going to clip 2 155s so i have to know how much to order. thanks

How many of you have done this, and how easy was it?
Did you use the flat clips or the ones with the guide on them?

I went with the unguided clips and did 2 sleds last week - with the guided ones in the track already made no sense to add more - my tool broke after 10 clips- had to drill it out and replace the wimpy pivot - some are ok some are not... Easy to do just take your time with the squeeze / make sure you get the tool as stated above so you can do it from the outside

will this fix that the track refuses to align all the way?
often hits the railtip and seen many others having this problem at home.

Nope. Been meaning to take measurements of my driveshaft since I have it out but if I had to guess the drivers arent where they're supposed to be.

i have thought at it aswell, it has been at dealer and they cant find any "they say" and polaris doesnt seem to wanna fix it.

gonna get some photos tomorrow.
