Just throwing this idea out there, thoughts and comments would be appreciated as long as they are helpful.

For guys that tow from SLC or Utah counties and only ride these areas I have fenced parking spaces for your trailers in Heber on Hwy 40. Instead of towing up and down Provo Canyon or Parley's Canyon, park them here if you need them call me and I'll set them out for you and bring them in at night. Up to 19' $25 up to 24' $30 up to 29' $35 up to 34' $40 up to 39' $45 up to 49' $50 per month.

Services and repairs can also be provided for your machines and trailers.
Save fuel and wear and tear on your trailer and trucks.

Throw in a wash after each ride and you have a deal.;)

I think it's a good idea Tom. I know my garage seems to be shrinking each year.
Is it indoor or outdoor storage. Or do you have both?

Good idea, that is one of the services I could supply ( for a small fee or :beer;)

I would have limited indoor space for open 2 place trailers $4 per foot.

CC I contacted the local greenie weenie chapter about my "going green" thought they hung up on me:eek:

sell as carbon credits on ebay! there should be several billion floating out there in stimulus money for it and some moron willing to fork out the dough. good idea, would do if we rode out there every weekend.

Looking into buying a "Hotsy" steam pressure washer to do a road slime removal of your trailer/machines. Anyone know of a used one or where to get one? Looking on ksl used ones seem to be priced a little less than new.

You are so close to 89 that even people that road over millhollow and soapstone coming from Orem and Provo would save.

There are so many areas that you can ride that are not far from Heber that I hope some peeps will take me up on it. With the rash of stolen trailers going on it might be nice to be able to keep them under lock & key instead of parked on the street making an easy target. I don't own the storage part just lease the shop from them, if I can get some commitment from a sizable group we maybe able to get a lower price, as I would commit to the pulling in and out and the wash down.

Any other services you guys might be interested in?

not a bad idea but youre gonna have to make people feel VERY safe about leaving their prize possessions in a yard..... am I right kevyg?

It's not just a yard, it is a fenced secure storage facility with indoor or outdoor storage.

I realize that Kevin's stuff was stolen from a "fenced yard" but as Sledgimp stated this is a secured storage facility. Also there are two homes on the property and they are a little on the nosy side, they tell me all the time when peeps drive in after hours, even the peeps that are just turning around, kinda like 24/7 security. If anyone would like to check it out they are more than welcome, tours start at the top of the hour, or if you would like a special/group
tour contact me. LOL:face-icon-small-hap
