fuel reg stuck on 30psi

was wondering if anyone could help me troubleshoot my issue here. This is a boondockers race kit with turbosmart fpr 1:1 reg / HO intank pump. pressure is stuck at 30 no matter what i do. sled gets up to 6pds and then cuts out like it dies for a sec then pics back up. Pretty sure i plumbed it right but i put in a pic for all to see.

- are you hitting the RPM rev limiter, if your sled gets faster after you hammer down again shortly after you let off the throttle when she starts to drop on its arse....well, that totally sounds like the RPM limit and the stock ECU is saving the engine from over revin
- remove the boost tube from your turbo acutator to see if the boost line is opening this
- is your fuel pressure moving up with boost, it should and needs to
- check your O2 before/during/after
- on the fuel regulator, moving the allen head screw should raise and lower pressure, it just has to, or somin is jacked up
- what baseline fuel pressure does boondocker require for that "simple tuner" map?
