What’s up guys
First post here
Feel free to roast
Bought a 2020 850 RMK Pro 163 last year
It was a shop demo sled only had 300 miles on it
Anyways, as I purchased it Polaris came out with the stop ride for the static discharge in the fuel tank
Dealer “fixed” the issue
This was before I took possession of the sled
Long story short the sled leaked gas like a stuck pig anytime it wasn’t upright or nearly upright.
The dealer claimed that’s just how those Polaris’s are.
Anyways after a year of riding it like that I decided to dig into it myself
Found the fuel pump assembly gasket under the threaded nut to be ripped
My guess is they rushed the job and ripped it on install of the “recall fix”
So, ultimately I am wondering if anyone knows the correct orientation of the fuel pump in the tank? What side is the sending line supposed to be on and what side the return line…
