Fuel pressure regulator

Having an issue with fuel leaking from the regulator while system is pressurizing.
Though it was the hose clamp on the bottom but replaced and still leaking. Next pulled the regulator off the fuel rail and checked the o-ring. All looked good. Any thoughts? Could the regulator be bad?

Replace it, last thing you need is an under hood fire.

Bad crimp!
I actually had the above happen to me! Had a sled fire from a backfire and on the rebuild start up, found that the pressure regulator was leaking at the crimp! Cat had a back order of like 2 months so I ordered an adjustable one from turbo dynamics. Great product! Works great and holds good pressure. No current issues with it.
