Fuel Mixing, what would you recommend for me?

A friend of mine just recently became a VP dealer since he was going through so much in his race cars. I went to see him today to see what he recommended for me (he knows my sled and so on)

I will be running an SLP stage 3 kit on my '13 PRO 800. Kit requires 91 octane minimum. I would like to mix for 92+ to err on the side of caution. The fuel stations here are notorious for water content as well

Last year I went with the Stage 2 kit, also requires 91 Octane, and did so with 89 or 91 plus Octane boost, Seafoam, and a little oil in the tank. This year as I'm getting into motor mods, I would like to get away from Octane boost, and go with race fuel as my octane enhancer

We came to the conclusion that VP C-12 should be sufficient as my mix fuel. What I'm wondering is if anyone sees an issue running say:

9.5 gallons of unldeaded 89 octane
2.0 gallons C-12, pamphlet says 108 octane

if I'm doing this right that gives me:

2.0gallons /11.5 (tank volume)x 108 octane =18.78
9.5gallons /11.5 x 89 octane = 73.52

73.52 + 18.78 = 92.3 octane in my 11.5 gallon tank

does this look right to everyone? also does anyone see any issues with running this plus a few ounces of Seafoam and a few ounces of oil per tank?

Yup, matches what my calculator gets.

I usually run 1/2G to full gallon per tank in most of my sleds just because i have race fuel around anyways (but i mix with non-E 91 pump gas).

I also run oil in the tank.
