Fuel injector not firing. Help

I have a 2005 M7 with RKT 800 kit in it. Yesterday I lost fuel to mag side injector and had to be towed out. When I got home pulled complete fuel system and tested pump, cleaned tank, ( had lots of crap in it) pulled injectors and had them cleaned and tested at a mechanic shop. They checked out fine. They did have crap in the screens in the injectors. I hooked the pump up to a battery and it checked out fine. 44 psi. Cleaned out all lines and put everything back together and still only running on one cylinder. I have fuel to the fuel rail and injector, its just not firing. Where should I start checking from here? I'm thinking it is an electrical problem at this point. Anyone had a similar problem and what was the fix. This happened with no warning. Running great and then dropped a cylinder. Checked for spark and compression and all good , just no fuel.

Also unplugged boondocker box and plugged in stock injector connections. Still same. Looked over all pin connections and they looked good. Could a bad ECM cause this?

hold a test light or a mter on the injector to see if its getting power, then clip the neg lead on the test light to a pos. source and hold the test light point to the neg injector wire( this will tell you if its a good ground) test the other wire to, to see if there is a short in it.
