Fuel Filter little fork looking fitting that holds it on?

So i changed my Fuel filter the other day and was in surprised to see that little fork that holds the end of the fuel filter line to the fuel rail was not on there. it was just pushed in and left. The small bolt was still there just no fork piece. Now for the life of me I cannot find a part number for this item, anyone know what it is? I have pulled up the parts list that shows the filter but not the little fitting I need.

Any help would be great!!!

I think this is the part number 5254413 CLAMP, DAMPER. There are about 5 items under part # 10 in parts diagram.

I think the 5254413 CLAMP, DAMPER is what holds the pulsation dampers in place
