What is the best Box to use for a non turbo Nytro? I have exhuast and might add an intake mod. Boondockers, Power comander 3, 5, RB3? Any thoughts or ideas would be great... Thanks in advance!

I use a hauck which is made by dobek. Make sure you run a wide band so you know exactly what your adjusting & by how much.
I have had it for 3 seasons on 2 separate nytros & have had zero issues.

i run a pc3 with a excell system and k&n's. it makes great power but im not really happy with the pc3. power commander does not make mapping for them. i would rather have a hauck unit.

id try a pc 5 with auto tune . plus the pc5 is expandable as well .

SLP has mapping for the power commander 5 and is available through any western powersports dealer. they have worked out very well for us.

It makes great power? You mean you have tested this with the pc3 installed and without? No other changes made?

If you bought your pc3 from Ulmer racing, the maps are free for you. He also sells them for 20 bucks a pop as well. If the k&n kit is his, then I believe he has a map for you exact combination.

i tried it with the k&n's and exhaust and no pc3 and with the pc3. the map i have in it is real rich. it was burbly(if that makes sense to you!)here and had to lean it right out. maybe if i had a different map. i got the map from our dealer here and have talked to a couple guys with it and they said its rich,you have to lean it out. i e mailed ulmer and they didnt reply. its pretty ****ty that pc sells them for sleds but dont offer maps. they have maps for every thing but sleds.

Ulmer is VERY slow with email response. Kind of difficult at times, but that is the price you pay for having one man trying to do the best he can and still provide great products and great service.

I believe if you send him the 20 bucks for a map via paypal you would get a much quicker response... lol

you should have asked trent to build you a map ! he had the lap top for building them hooked up to the apex last time you guys were in revy
