Fuel Consumption on stage 2 Nytro

Considering blower/turbo for the nytro, don't like the idea of 40 miles on a stock tank of gas. What are the real world #'s. Thanks

Turbo's generally get better mileage than stock as long as you are out of the boost, they aspirate the fuel better than stock and make it more fuel efficient.

Superchargers are harder on mileage when you are out of the boost. Everyone I have ever spoken to about this issue says that the superchargers use more fuel.

ON my MCX nytro on the last day it was 2ft of wet heavy snow....rode a fair amount of trails to get there and back

89 miles burnt 11.90 USD gallons....actual numbers.

stage one what?

fuel milage will prob be 6-10...depending on what you do...how you ride...what the snows like...etc...for any nytro w/ or w/o turbo. :P

there, simple and done!

unless your trail riding 100%...then i'd assume mpg will go up a bit.

Stage one on a mid mount turbo on a nytro. I do alot of hill climbing and boon docking.

I ran with mostly 800 summits last year with my MCX, and burnt about the same amount, maybe a little less each day, and probably rode harder. Get way more k on in a day as the track speed is way faster when spinning. The stock tank is way smaller so was always adding first. Not sure of numbers as we pack our fuel bulk. Fuel consumption is not a concern, especially what you gain in power

On the turbo version you will see 8-10 mpg usually. I get about 6.5-7.5 on the supercharger stage 2 or 3 running 15-22 lbs boost. Turbos seem to get better fuel economy than the supercharger and in some cases better than stock. The superchargers are building boost at idle, so it is harder on the fuel. I ran the stock tank with a 2.5 gal extra on the back and didn't have any problem running with 2 strokes with 11-12 gal tanks.

We ride Hassler all the time. Made 25-30 day trips there on my stage 2 supercharger and never once ran out of gas and we hillclimb all day long. Plus we play all the way in to the hills which is a 11 km trail ride. My nytro is better then my m7 was on fuel and I have way more power!!!! Fuel is not a problem on these sleds, it's trying to get the stupid smiles off our faces at the end of the day.:D:D:D

Rode with a stock nytro at the end of last year and was getting as good or better mileage as him. My machine was broke in more than his which was brand new.
Anyways rode 120km all day and I added a 10 liter jerry can and was back at the truck with a half tank.
