I've had a great time using this camera, I just don't use it enough to justify having it around any more. There are no scratches on the camera lens, and it records quite well. Feel free to PM with technical questions. I may be interested in trades for m-series parts (hood, skis, pipe, y, snow eliminators, vents, floats, ect.)

I'm not positive on the quality, but I would guess it's very comparable or the POV1 is slightly better. When it comes to ease-of-use the POV.1 crushes the Adventure Cam 3. POV1 only has one cord, and it screws into the recorder and the head unit, so it NEVER comes out unless you want it to. The recorder is smaller than most video cameras, so that is nice. The recorder is also very water resistant, unlike most video cameras. And you don't have to carry an extra battery pack to run the camera head like you do with the adventure cam. When it comes to capturing your footage from the day, the POV1 is easier too. With the video camera you usually have to run manually through each tape and then choose the clips you want to grab. With the POV1, it's already digital, so you don't have to convert, and it's easier to just grab the good stuff. Hope that helps.
