cover is located in Puyallup, WA, can deliver in and around seattle & North seattle.
cover will fit all 6-1/2' beds, cover was on my 2005 ford f-150, i know it will fit all 2004-2013's with same size bed.
no rips or tears, some chipping of paint from the metal snaps. Other than that, its in really great shape.
