Frozen ice balls/moisture, SeaFoam break it down ?

My sled is in cold weather now, if i susspect some moisture in fuel tank,, and add something like SeaFoam to rid the moisture/water, would it even be effective with the freezing temps ?

I know how it can mix in w/ the water,, but if their small frozen balls of ice in tank,, does SeaFoam break that down ?

I don't know that Seafoam will handle that. I'd go with something like dry gas/Heat. That works well for moisture. Good luck.

I just re-read your post... geez how much ice do you have in your tank?

Not any i hope. I just had my 1st ride of year,,, and at cross roads i'd stop and motor would miss one hit on one cylinder once in awhile after brought down to idle. No biig prob., just most feedback i got from people were maybe some bad gas, or moisure from bad gas,etc..... point being i thoughtt,, ok if there is water in the fuel system from summer storage,, then how'd an additive mix, if water frozen cuz its cold out !!! and sled is in shed, will always be in cold.....

StarTron fuel enzyme additive. You should run it in every tank if you run ethanol mix. Great stuff, sold at Wal-mart and boat shops. I was a doubter untill i ran it.

We run 99% isopropyl , a little in every tank !!!Get it at the drug store. You might have to ask for it at the counter, I guess the crack heads use it for crystal meth so they only put the 70 % out on the counter.:smash:
