Front suspension/steering modifications

Hello There.
I did narrow up my front suspension to the narrowest place in the trailing arms and found out that my tie rods actually now looks to be too long?
Both steering arms are way out in the rear where the joint is mounted and i cant get my skiis in a straight line.
So..I think i would have to cut one or both tie rods a inch or so?..Anyone know what threads are used in the steering tie rods?

threads are 3/8 -24-NF one end right hand one end left hand thread. I usually get 1/2 inch aluminiun round stock and just make them myself.

You should have plenty of adjustment there, you need to look at the tie-rod end inside the rubber boot. Just push the boot back as far as you can and you can get to it. I turned mine all the way in then used the outer one for final adjustment.

Just cut the 1 end off that has the right hand thread ,as it is the tap is the most common.

turned the joints in both on the in and outside and was not near getting the skiis pointing straight forward.
Have cutted both the tie rod and joint on the right side today so i`ll see tonight if it works.

Cutting them works fine, just kinda a pain. I run fabcraft trailing arms and cut all my rods down and tapped them, it's so narrow they rub a little bit on the belly pan.

Yeah I also thinkin about doing my own tie rods with stock joints and use Fabcraft radius rods.
The stock oem tie rods and radius rods are sold for equal price as cocain!!
