Hey there,

Any of you guys performed installation on upper and lower control arms for m-series sled? Seems to me the lower arm mounting nuts are near impossible to access as they are burried? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

u have to pull out the air box, pull off the nose the take the plastic skid off u get to the from the bottom i got sick of taken all of it apart so i cut 2 little holes in the skid so in the future i could stick a wrench in the hole to back the bolt then put an aftermarket skid plate on so then if something happened and needed to change them i just pulled the skid plate much easier than hood nose airbox blah blah

The only thing ive had to take off is the lower skid plate, its got those little tork screws in it. Then the long socket or extension should do it.

That is unbelievable on the design! Looks like the right side nut is accessable with ratchet extension after pulling the can off. The left is a different story! I like the strategy of pulling skid plate off once, drilling holes in factory plastic plate so access is simple then riveting skid plate back on when complete. Sucks regardless. Arctic r & d should be able to do better than that on design.

we ride hard and between me and my buddies we have 4 ms and i always get stuck doin it u can believe ive cut holes in all of them and i would much rather cut rivets out than take the whole front apart i can take the a arms out in about ten min upper and lower both sides with my cheater holes i forgot to have my dealer do it on my new sled before the put the skid on
