Hey i was wondering if some of you guys could go out and take a measurement for me. Im looking for a front ride height for a stock pro. Lets say right behind where the front nose rivits to the bulkhead. Not on plastic but right where the plastic ends. Thanks!

"ride heights" dont really mean anything on a sled. What you can use is spring measurements, coil end to coil end, not including any washers or adjusters.

Skis, ski (rubber) bushings, brand/style of carbides, track type, lug height and lug condition will ALL effect ride heights. Eric

Ya i get that, i was looking a just getting a general idea of how my sled compares to stock. Due to my other post with the 36" front and the floats on the front and my thinking that it is sitting too high. So just lookjng for a general idea of where a stock sled sits

I wouldn't worry about it. Look at Burandt and Adams sleds. The front end sits way up there.

Ride height plays into the weight distribution of the entire sled. I think mine is 2" Maybe higher than stock. I like like it that way.

im worried about it because the sled rides like crap on the trail in and i think its because the front rides too high putting more pressure in the rear track shock.

Every sled I have been around that has no trail manners works awesome in the back country.

The front and rear need to work together.

mine measures about 9.625" from floor to bottom of bulkhead right behind the nose plastic. That is after a few pumps on the bumper and letting it settle on its own with no rider on it. Everything is stock (track, skis, spindles, a-arms) with the exception to the float shocks... pressures are in the other thread.

Intercomp wireless racing scales.

I guess you could use 4 digital bathroom scales for this application. Eric
