Fron A-arm identification, 05RMK problem

Hi all, I have a problem with the front end of my 05 rmk, the exhaust side ski is tipped in. When I got the sled that sides a-arm was damaged so i replaced it after a season of riding on it, painted them all up and have this now! The problem is on the exhaust side and I replaced the damaged one with an 05 part. Is it possible that the sled has an 06+ front end? Any help would be great.

It may be possible to simply adjust the upper heim joint to correct some of the tip in. Then re-adjust the tie rod end and you should be able to get pretty close.

The geometry on lower a-arms has not changed from 05 to current. The 05 upper A-arms are slightly different than 06+, but it looks like both are correct 05 arms.

Might be just camera tricks ,but looks to me like that upper arm isnt sitting the same way as the other?one the edge is running flush with the spindel and the other side is angled?chassis bent maybe?

Yep, my thoughts exactly. If the arm IS from the correct year, then I suspect you have a Switchback/Fusion arm which is wider than RMK.

The back of the sled is off to the side so the bars are technically turned, I will confirm that tomorrow.

I got the a-arm new last year so providing that there was no packaging errors at polaris that arm is for an 05. I did a quick measure a couple days ago and that lover arm may be longer than the other one.

im stumped :face-icon-small-con

Thanks for the link, I believe I saw that one somewhere. Is the 05 arm longer or shorter than an 06? I will get to the sled today to try take some accurate as possible measurements

There is a definite difference in 05 to 06 and fusion/switchback...awesome isn't it.
So many A arms and so many stumps....

Just looked up the part number for the new RH lower a-arm I put on last year and it is 2202939. This would be on the side that is not sitting right
