Friends don't let friends ride without carb heat!

Tried to go for another road ride today and chase snow snow with my buddy Jskattum606 on his 300 ktm build.

Made it about 3 miles up the road and his carb was froze solid and throttle sticking. The old YZ450 was ripping.

What ambient temp? You must have a heater on yours? Sorry if I missed something. Just seen this post on the "new post" list and peaked my curiosity.

It was prime icing conditions. Just below freezing and fairly high humidity. Like 10 minutes of riding and the carb was a ball of ice.

Nothing on mine right now, bone stock 2014 yz450. The throttle body 4 stroke setups just do not ice like a carb, also with the backwards motor and exhaust placement these things stay pretty dang warm vs other bike setups.
