my buddy keeps his boat on a lift at a marina. he went to use it last weekend started it ran for 15 sec and shut off and wouldn't start again. after awhile of checking things out he realized his fuel gauge was on empty, they siphoned all the gas out of his boat 45 gallons he figured. pretty easy to do just pull your boat behind his stick the hose in just like at a gas station. I'm afraid that there is alot of that going on too.

Atleast they didnt drill the fuel tank. It happened to me and they got my catilletic converter too. FRICKEN is to nice of a word to describe people who F*#K with other peopls stuff
