Fresh rebuilt 800HO to 840 06 problems with TAC

Buddy of mine just rebuilt his 06 Summit. Bored out to about an 840. Any ways starts and runs, but TAC does not work and all warning lights are on. ODO is flashing the word Scale. Any body out there know what this means.

The button (button for changing hours/trip meter/odometer) on the Tach is stuck in.

So to fix it I just pull the button up, or do I have to replace replace the TAC?

Push down on the button, down as in south on the compass rose, Not in.

Very common.. Check your botton..
