dude...should have seen the carnage today...people think that since the road isn't full of snow they can just haul butt....suburban on the way up slid from the fast lane to the wall of the slow lane, wacked the front end and side pretty bad.....on the way down, a 4x4 toyota had slid then hit the snow bank and rolled.....

Good. the powder was deep, no base really to get off trail and I survived my first Ford/Gravy ride. I only heard the faint sound of a banjo over the engine noise....


FYI...if the tacoma narrows were to lead to more great riding, those guys would make you stop and fill it in as part of being allowed to ride with them....LOL....I'm already looking forward to my next ride with them, but first I'm going to have to get in shape playing our new WII, so I can make it the whole day, they don't stop long enough to chug a beer, they go to ride for sure!!

Figures....I was pretty much done with road riding like on the way back out and was still debating in my head. I thought I heard the word "trees" and that's what scared me...time to go home....LOL

BM....if it wasn't the landmines stopping you, it would have been the trenches that jump up and grab your track......

Yesterday was full of first time stuff.....F&G ride and surviving, and then Moon took me to the casino and his brother in law showed me how to lose $40 at the craps table in 8 minutes...LOL I then played 3 card poker and won my beer money and losses back....I'm going back so I can win enough to get a big pimp gold ring for my pinky finger!!!!
