Avalanche/Snow Safety Class
January 23 Jordanelle State Park – Heber
Join park staff and Forecasters from the Utah Avalanche Center from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Hailstone Event Center for a class on avalanche and snow safety. This class is for families with junior high and high school kids that spend time in the mountain snow. The rising number of young avalanche victims has demonstrated an obvious need for basic avalanche educations. To register please call 435-649-9540. The class and entrance into the park for the class is free.
