That doesn't sound right. I thought that was the whole point of using paypal, don't they have guarantees and such?

IF they rule in your favor and it meets a long list of requirements, and IF the money is still in their pay-pal account, you will get your money.

The best way I have seen. Attach a CREDIT CARD to your pay-pal account and pay with that. If pay-pal will not get your money, go through your card. You are their customer and they want to take care of you. They will just take the money back from pay-pal whether pay pal gets their money back or not.

Now i know why indeep was so nervous about his track not showing up....but he got it and it was only two days late Oh and if you know this guys e mail address you can file a compaint with the State attorney generals office either in your state or his and they will get the money back for ya. It's easier if you know the state he lives in and file there. You can do it all over the internet.
