fox shocks

I like the zero pros but you couldn't give me another set of floats for the front end. They give the front a harder feel. It is tougher to pull the sled over on it's side than coil springs. If you let some air out they sag. The evols are probably awesome, with all the adjustment, but they are 13-1500. You can't hardly bottom the floats out. I havn't tied the extra reservoir kits. They are supposed to help with the air having somewhere to go. A buddy of mine put floats on the front of his nytro. I tried to talk him out of it. I think they are coming off.

i like the way my sled boons and carves with the zero's on the front. i would assume that it feels the same as stock but the zero's are way better quality than even race tuned x-model shocks. they could be a little softer for getting the pig over on its side but then id be confined to keeping the skis on the ground and thats no fun either.

The standard floats have way too much compression damping. I've had good success having them revalved (with less compression). The Evols work very well, but on a mtn. sled, I like them near the lowest compression and rebound settings. Also you can get the Evols with high and low speed compression adjustment. With the dual air chambers you can have less air in the main chamber so it easier to roll the sled, and more air in the small chamber to resist bottoming. Most adjustable shock out there.
