Found a thin yellowish sunset yesturday

Looked cool but odd to me. Yellowish/Orange below the clouds, but the sun still high enough for blue skies on the opposite horizon.

Global Warming: Al Gore said we didn't need them and to move to higher ground, but I think he's full of it now. Actually, my forearms were cramping up and causing my finger curl down in pain. I'm way out of shape. All the hill climbing we did, was like doing a hundred pulls up and I weigh about 300lbs. With the gloves offs, I didn't need to squeeze the grips as hard to hang on.

Need to get back in shape so I can get up on my feet and start riding again. Plus eventhough I live in California, I was raised in NorthWest Montana, 18F degrees isn't that cold for a fat guy with no education.

GoPro HD Hero: It was on a lower setting to save disk space, setting 2 of 5, was recording a wider view at lower frames per seconds. It can even record under water. I thought the sound was great too. Very happy with it. Battery lasted all day and I recorded 7 Gig of video, because I kept forgetting to turn it off.
