fouling plugs during warm up

so i am letting the engine warm up and heat cycle, once it is done i pull the plugs and they are wet.....it misses....dry them or put new ones in and good to go?

one cyclender the PTO side smokes abit when i pull the plugs aswell, but they both look the same

Check for sticking oil pump lever, sounds like you are over oiling at idle.

its all good...and has the secondary spring on it added by me with a FBF cable

Next steps in my mind would be injector issue or fuel pressure issue. Are plugs fouled with oil or carbon, ie oil related issue or fuel related?

ahh looks more like oil then carbon

Obvious one but have you checked the idle setting at the pump? ie. verified the lines are aligned. I'm guessing you have but there's not much else to this simple system if in fact you are oil fouling.
