forklift needed

hey all, trying to find a used diesel forklift
6-8000 lb lift
side shift and good visibility
48" forks
open cab is ok
2 or three stage mast
forks have to lift to top of stage 1 before the mast raises

toyota, hyster, cat, yale or nissan maybe...

all the used stuff i am finding on line looks very rough...

anyone in that business?
