? for the guys with no shims behind their DD secondarys

Highlife...you changed to the 440 mounts, my research indicates thats a 50 duro mount, the stock '05 M7 was a 45 duro and the '06 M7 went to a 60 duro which is what I just ordered. What year 440 mounts did you switch too, perhaps my research is flawed?
Thanks

Any of you guys that removed shims from behind the secondary have problems with getting the clutch clamped tight to the DD splined shaft. I had problems with this when puttiong a 10.4 on an M7 and after machining my 10 into a 10.4.

To get the right alignment I would have to remove shims but then the splined shaft would essentially be too long and when you tightened down the bolt it did not tighten the clutch. I basically have the floating design and am wondering if I will wreck anything by running it this way.
